Seva Update Policy

1. In order to change your Seva Dates after the Seva Application Form is Filled and Closed, kindly contact SMD.

Seva Cancel Policy

Please review the below guidelines prior to cancelling your Seva.


1. You may request cancellation of your Seva with reason, at any time before the 15th of May 2026.

2. The cancellation request will be processed within 3 working days. If you do not receive a response within this time frame, please contact SMD.

3. Please contact SMD to revoke your Seva cancellation request.

4. Once the 'Seva Cancellation Request' is submitted, you will not be able to revoke the request. If you wish to revoke the 'Seva Cancellation Request' at this stage, contact SMD.

5. Once the 'Seva Cancellation Request' is processed, you will receive a cancellation approval message by SMS as well as on your registered Email ID stating that your 'Seva Cancellation Request' is 'Accepted'.

Form Instructions & Allotment Letter Announcement

1. By filling the Sevarthi Application Form you are only giving us your availability for seva.


2. The Allotment of Seva will be done based on the requirement of the event so that all sevarthis get a chance to do seva, attend satsang and enjoy the event.


3. The Announcement regarding Seva Allotment Letter will be declared around 5th of May, which can be download from seva.dadabhagwan.org. The information of the same will be further given via Akonnect.

સેવા અપડેટ પોલીસી

૧. સેવા એપ્લીકેશન ફોર્મ ભર્યા પછી અથવા સીસ્ટમ બંધ થયા બાદ સેવાની તારીખો બદલવા માટે મહાત્માઓને SMD માં સંપર્ક કરવા માટે નમ્ર વિનંતી છે. 

સેવા કેન્સલ પોલીસી

સેવા કેન્સલ કરતાં પહેલાં નિમ્ન મુદ્દા વાંચી લેવા નમ્ર વિનંતી છે.


૧. મહાત્માઓ સેવા કેન્સલ કરવા માટેની વિનંતી (કારણ સાથે) ૧૫ મે ૨૦૨૬  પહેલા આપી શકે છે.


૨. કેન્સલેશન વિનંતીને ૩ દિવસમાં પ્રોસેસ કરવામાં આવશે. જો આપને ૭ દિવસમાં રિસ્પોન્સ ન આવે તો SMD માં સંપર્ક કરવા વિનંતી છે.


૩. કેન્સલેશન અરજીને રદ્દ કરવા માટે SMD માં સંપર્ક કરવા વિનંતી છે.


૪. એક વખત ‘સેવા કેન્સલેશન વિનંતી’ સબમિટ કર્યા બાદ મહાત્મા તેને કેન્સલ નહીં કરી શકે. સેવા ચાલુ રાખવા અને ‘સેવા કેન્સલેશન વિનંતી’ કેન્સલ કરવા માટે તેમણે SMD માં સંપર્ક કરવાનો રહેશે.


૫. કેન્સલેશન વિનંતી પ્રોસેસ થતાં જ મહાત્માને SMS તથા ઇમેલ થકી મેસેજ આપવામાં આવશે કે તેમની વિનંતી અનુસાર 'સેવા કેન્સલ' કરવામાં આવી છે.

ફોર્મ સૂચનાઓ અને એલોટમેન્ટ લેટરની જાહેરાત 

૧. ખાસ નોંધ લેશો કે ફોર્મ થકી આપ માત્ર સેવા માટે પોતાની અનુકુળ તારીખો જ આપી રહ્યા છો. 


૨. સેવા એલોટમેન્ટ ઇવેન્ટની જરૂર પ્રમાણે કરવામાં આવશે જેથી સેવાર્થીઓને સેવાનો પણ લાભ મળે અને તેઓ સત્સંગ તથા ઇવેન્ટ પણ માણી શકે.


૩. સેવા એલોટમેન્ટ લેટર આશરે ૫ મે ના જાહેર કરાશે જે મહાત્માઓ seva.dadabhagwan.org પર જઈ ડાઉનલોડ કરવાનો રહેશે. આ બાબત માટેની વધુ વિગત આપને આગળ જતા અકનેક્ટ દ્વારા  જણાવવામાં આવશે.

Seva Option

* For the Sevarthis of Option-1 and Option-3, there will be arrangements for Food & Utara according to the Days of Seva. 
(Akonnect Registrations will be visible as per the Event Days only). 
* Option-2 Sevarthis are expected to stay till 24th November night 11:00 PM and Option-1 & Option-3 Sevarthis are expected to stay till the afternoon of 27th November.

* Sevarthis who are able to provide Seva on all days as per Seva Options during the Event are requested to fill the Online Form. Those who want to provide Seva only for 2-3 days should register for such Seva at the SMD desk during the Event.

1. Online changes to Seva Date will be possible only till the Seva Application Form is Open. To change Seva Dates on your submitted 

    Seva Application, please click on "Update Details" button.

2. In order to change your Seva Dates after the Seva Application Form is Closed, kindly contact SMD.

Seva Cancel Policy

Please review the below guidelines prior to cancelling your Seva.

1. You may request seva cancellation online, before 08-Nov-2026.

2. The cancellation request will be processed within 7 working days. If you do not receive a response within this time frame, please contact SMD.

3. Please contact SMD to revoke your Seva Cancellation Request.

4. Once the 'Seva Cancellation Request' is processed, you will receive an intimation for it by SMS and Email on your registered 

    contact details stating that your 'Seva Cancellation Request' is 'Accepted'.

1. Will tent accommodation be available for Sevarthis?

Yes. Sevarthis will get accommodation in tents as per their Allotted Seva Days. When Event Registration begins, sevarthi mahatmas will be required to register themselves separately through their centers for accommodation in tents.


2. Can NRI Mahamta’s apply for Seva?

The current online application system will not accept applications of NRI Mahatmas. But NRI Mahatmas who have the bhaav to give seva during this event are requested to email their Name, Whatsapp number and Mahatma ID card number or the temporary Z number generated from Akonnect on the below email ID’s. For NRI Mahatmas next steps will be communicated through email.

સેવા વિકલ્પ

* ઓપ્શન-૧ અને ઓપ્શન-૩ ના સેવાર્થીઓ માટે સેવાના દિવસો પ્રમાણે ભોજન અને ઉતારાની વ્યવસ્થા રહેશે. 
(એકનેક્ટ રજીસ્ટ્રેશન ફક્ત ઇવેન્ટના દિવસો પ્રમાણે જ દેખાશે.) 
* ઓપ્શન-૨ ના સેવાર્થીઓએ તા. ૨૪ નવેમ્બરના આશરે રાત્રે ૧૧ સુધી તેમજ ઓપ્શન-૧ અને ઓપ્શન-૩ ના સેવાર્થીઓએ તા. ૨૭ નવેમ્બરના બપોર સુધી સેવામાં હાજરી અપેક્ષિત રહેશે.
* સેવાર્થીઓ મહોત્સવ દરમ્યાન સેવા ઓપ્શન મુજબ તમામ દિવસોમાં સેવા આપી શકે તેમ હોય તેમણે જ ઓનલાઈન ફોર્મ ભરવા વિનંતી છે. જેઓ માત્ર ૨-૩ દિવસ માટે જ સેવા આપવા માંગતા હોય તેમણે મહોત્સવ દરમ્યાન SMD ડેસ્ક પર આવી સેવા માટે નામ લખાવવાના રહેશે.

૧. ખાસ નોંધ લેશો કે ફોર્મ થકી આપ માત્ર સેવા માટે પોતાની અનુકુળ તારીખો જ આપી રહ્યા છો. 

૨. સેવા એલોટમેન્ટ ઇવેન્ટની જરૂર પ્રમાણે કરવામાં આવશે જેથી સેવાર્થીઓને સેવાનો પણ લાભ મળે અને તેઓ સત્સંગ તથા ઇવેન્ટ પણ માણી શકે.

૩. સેવા એલોટમેન્ટ લેટર આશરે ૫ સપ્ટેમ્બર સુધી જાહેર કરાશે જે મહાત્માઓ seva.dadabhagwan.org પર જઈ ડાઉનલોડ કરવાનો રહેશે.જેમણે ત્રણેય કેટેગરીની (મહોત્સવ પહેલા, દરમિયાન અને પછીની) સેવા ફાળવવામાં આવી છે તેમને ત્રણેય કેટેગરીની વિગતો દેખાશે. 

 આ બાબત માટેની વધુ વિગત આપને આગળ જતા એકનેક્ટ દ્વારા જણાવવામાં આવશે.

૧..જ્યાં સુધી સેવા એપ્લીકેશન ફોર્મ સ્વીકારાય / લાઇવ છે ત્યાં સુધી સબમિટ કરેલ સેવા એપ્લીકેશનમાં "Update Details" બટન ક્લિક કરીને મહાત્મા પોતાની 

    સેવા તારીખો બદલી શકે છે. 

૨. સેવા એપ્લીકેશન ફોર્મ સીસ્ટમ બંધ થયાં બાદ સેવાની તારીખો બદલવા માટે મહાત્માઓને SMD માં સંપર્ક કરવા માટે નમ્ર વિનંતી છે. 

સેવા કેન્સલ પોલીસી

૪. કેન્સલેશન વિનંતી પ્રોસેસ થતાં જ મહાત્માને SMS તથા ઇમેલ થકી મેસેજ આપવામાં આવશે કે આપની વિનંતી અનુસાર 'સેવા કેન્સલ' કરવામાં આવી છે.

પરમ પૂજ્ય દાદા ભગવાનની ૧૧૯મી જન્મજયંતી માટે સેવાર્થીઓ દ્વારા પૂછાયેલા કોમન પ્રશ્નોના જવાબ અહીં આપીએ છીએ જેથી અન્ય સેવાર્થી મહાત્માઓ સાથે પણ આ માહિતી શેર કરજો.

 

૧. સેવાર્થીઓ માટે ટેન્ટના ઉતારા છે?

 હા. સેવાર્થીઓને ટેન્ટમાં સેવા એલોટ થયેલ દિવસોમાં ઉતારા મળશે. જયારે ઇવેન્રટ જીસ્ટ્રેશન શરૂ કરીએ ત્યારે સેવાર્થી મહાત્માએ ઉતારા માટે અલગથી પોતાના સેન્ટર પર રજીસ્ટ્રેશન કરાવવાનું રહેશે.  

 

૨. શું NRI મહાત્માઓ સેવા માટે એપ્લિકેશન કરી શકે છે ?   

 હાલની સીસ્ટમ NRI મહાત્માઓના એપ્લિકેશન લેશે નહીં. પરંતુ જે NRI મહાત્માઓને આ મહોત્સવમાં સેવા આપવાના ભાવ છે તેઓને વિનંતી છે કે તેઓ પોતાનો મહાત્મા આઈ-કાર્ડ અથવા એકનેક્ટનો Z નંબર તથા તેમનું નામ અને Whatsapp નંબર અમને નીચે જણાવેલા આઈડી પર ઇમેલ કરવો. તેઓને આગળની માહિતી ઇમેલથી આપવામાં આવશે.

૧. ખાસ નોંધ લેશો કે ફોર્મ થકી આપ માત્ર સેવા માટે પોતાની અનુકુળ તારીખો જ આપી રહ્યા છો. 


૨. સેવા એલોટમેન્ટ ઇવેન્ટની જરૂર પ્રમાણે કરવામાં આવશે જેથી સેવાર્થીઓને સેવાનો પણ લાભ મળે અને તેઓ સત્સંગ તથા ઇવેન્ટ પણ માણી શકે.

Eligibility

* As per the event policy, only eligible center sevarthis within the defined age criteria will be eligible to fill the Seva Application Form for JJ 118 Morbi - 2025.

* We request you to carefully read the Seva Application Form filling Instructions prior to filling the form. 




Seva Option

* For the Sevarthis of Option-1 and Option-3, there will be arrangements for Food & Utara according to the Days of Seva. 
(Akonnect Registrations will be visible as per the Event Days only). 
* Option-2 Sevarthis are expected to stay till 5th November night 11:00 PM and Option-1 & Option-3 Sevarthis are expected to stay till the afternoon of 8th November.

* Sevarthis who are able to provide Seva on all days as per Seva Options during the Event are requested to fill the Online Form. Those who want to provide Seva only for 2-3 days should register for such Seva at the SMD desk during the Event. 


Form Instructions & Allotment Letter Announcement

1. By filling the Sevarthi Application Form you are only giving us your availability for seva.

2. The Allotment of Seva will be done based on the requirement of the event so that all sevarthis get a chance to do seva, 

    attend satsang and enjoy the event.

3. The Announcement regarding Seva Allotment Letter will be declared around 28th of July, which can be download from seva.dadabhagwan.org. Those who have been Allotted Seva in all 3 Categories Seva (Pre, During & Post Event) will be able to see the details of all 3 categories as well.

    The information of the same will be further given via Akonnect.


Seva Update / Cancel Policy

Seva Update Policy

1. Online changes to Seva Date will be possible only till the Seva Application Form is Open. To change Seva Dates on your submitted 

    Seva Application, please click on "Update Details" button.

2. In order to change your Seva Dates after the Seva Application Form is Closed, kindly contact SMD.

Seva Cancel Policy

Please review the below guidelines prior to cancelling your Seva.

1. You may request seva cancellation online, before 20-Oct-2025.

2. The cancellation request will be processed within 7 working days. If you do not receive a response within this time frame, please contact SMD.

3. Please contact SMD to revoke your Seva Cancellation Request.

4. Once the 'Seva Cancellation Request' is processed, you will receive an intimation for it by SMS and Email on your registered 

    contact details stating that your 'Seva Cancellation Request' is 'Accepted'.

1. Will tent accommodation be available for Sevarthis?

Yes. Sevarthis will get accommodation in tents as per their Allotted Seva Days. When Event Registration begins, sevarthi mahatmas will be required to register themselves separately through their centers for accommodation in tents.


2. Can NRI Mahamta’s apply for Seva?

The current online application system will not accept applications of NRI Mahatmas. But NRI Mahatmas who have the bhaav to give seva during this event are requested to email their Name, Whatsapp number and Mahatma ID card number or the temporary Z number generated from Akonnect on the below email ID’s. For NRI Mahatmas next steps will be communicated through email.

સેવા વિકલ્પ

* ઓપ્શન-૧ અને ઓપ્શન-૩ ના સેવાર્થીઓ માટે સેવાના દિવસો પ્રમાણે ભોજન અને ઉતારાની વ્યવસ્થા રહેશે. 
(એકનેક્ટ રજીસ્ટ્રેશન ફક્ત ઇવેન્ટના દિવસો પ્રમાણે જ દેખાશે.) 
* ઓપ્શન-૨ ના સેવાર્થીઓએ તા. ૫ નવેમ્બરના આશરે રાત્રે ૧૧ સુધી તેમજ ઓપ્શન-૧ અને ઓપ્શન-૩ ના સેવાર્થીઓએ તા. ૮ નવેમ્બરના બપોર સુધી સેવામાં હાજરી અપેક્ષિત રહેશે.
* સેવાર્થીઓ મહોત્સવ દરમ્યાન સેવા ઓપ્શન મુજબ તમામ દિવસોમાં સેવા આપી શકે તેમ હોય તેમણે જ ઓનલાઈન ફોર્મ ભરવા વિનંતી છે. જેઓ માત્ર ૨-૩ દિવસ માટે જ સેવા આપવા માંગતા હોય તેમણે મહોત્સવ દરમ્યાન SMD ડેસ્ક પર આવી સેવા માટે નામ લખાવવાના રહેશે.

 આ બાબત માટેની વધુ વિગત આપને આગળ જતા એકનેક્ટ દ્વારા જણાવવામાં આવશે.

સેવા અપડેટ / કેન્સલ પોલીસી 

સેવા અપડેટ પોલીસી

૧..જ્યાં સુધી સેવા એપ્લીકેશન ફોર્મ સ્વીકારાય / લાઇવ છે ત્યાં સુધી સબમિટ કરેલ સેવા એપ્લીકેશનમાં "Update Details" બટન ક્લિક કરીને મહાત્મા પોતાની 

    સેવા તારીખો બદલી શકે છે. 

૨. સેવા એપ્લીકેશન ફોર્મ સીસ્ટમ બંધ થયાં બાદ સેવાની તારીખો બદલવા માટે મહાત્માઓને SMD માં સંપર્ક કરવા માટે નમ્ર વિનંતી છે. 

સેવા કેન્સલ પોલીસી

સેવા કેન્સલ કરતાં પહેલાં નિમ્ન મુદ્દા વાંચી લેવા નમ્ર વિનંતી છે.


૧. મહાત્માઓ સેવા કેન્સલ કરવા માટેની વિનંતી (કારણ સાથે) ૨૦ ઓક્ટોબર ૨૦૨૫ પહેલા આપી શકે છે.

૨. કેન્સલેશન વિનંતીને ૭ દિવસમાં પ્રોસેસ કરવામાં આવશે. જો આપને ૭ દિવસમાં રિસ્પોન્સ ન આવે તો SMD માં સંપર્ક કરવા વિનંતી છે.

૩. કેન્સલેશન અરજીને રદ્દ કરવા માટે SMD માં સંપર્ક કરવા વિનંતી છે.

૪. કેન્સલેશન વિનંતી પ્રોસેસ થતાં જ મહાત્માને SMS તથા ઇમેલ થકી મેસેજ આપવામાં આવશે કે આપની વિનંતી અનુસાર 'સેવા કેન્સલ' કરવામાં આવી છે.

સેવાર્થીના કોમન પૂછાયેલા પ્રશ્નોના જવાબ

પરમ પૂજ્ય દાદા ભગવાનની ૧૧૭ મી જન્મજયંતી માટે સેવાર્થીઓ દ્વારા પૂછાયેલા કોમન પ્રશ્નોના જવાબ અહીં આપીએ છીએ જેથી અન્ય સેવાર્થી મહાત્માઓ સાથે પણ આ માહિતી શેર કરજો.

 

૧. સેવાર્થીઓ માટે ટેન્ટના ઉતારા છે?

 હા. સેવાર્થીઓને ટેન્ટમાં સેવા એલોટ થયેલ દિવસોમાં ઉતારા મળશે. જયારે ઇવેન્રટ જીસ્ટ્રેશન શરૂ કરીએ ત્યારે સેવાર્થી મહાત્માએ ઉતારા માટે અલગથી પોતાના સેન્ટર પર રજીસ્ટ્રેશન કરાવવાનું રહેશે.  

 

૨. શું NRI મહાત્માઓ સેવા માટે એપ્લિકેશન કરી શકે છે ?   

 હાલની સીસ્ટમ NRI મહાત્માઓના એપ્લિકેશન લેશે નહીં. પરંતુ જે NRI મહાત્માઓને આ મહોત્સવમાં સેવા આપવાના ભાવ છે તેઓને વિનંતી છે કે તેઓ પોતાનો મહાત્મા આઈ-કાર્ડ અથવા એકનેક્ટનો Z નંબર તથા તેમનું નામ અને Whatsapp નંબર અમને નીચે જણાવેલા આઈડી પર ઇમેલ કરવો. તેઓને આગળની માહિતી ઇમેલથી આપવામાં આવશે.
